Through artfully roasting organically grown Mexican Typica and Bourbon varietal bean, we are able to create a cup that is reminiscent of “Ka’ehukai o Pua’ena” (the sea sprays of Pua’ena) that hide the pounding surf below. In that beneath the delicate aroma is a coffee with a robust toffee flavor.
